The syntax and sound system of the Chinese language is not the same of English language. It is simple and can be learned easily. The words and characters of the Chinese language may be difficult to learn initially. But once you catch up with it, further learning is simple. Compared to other languages, the sentence structure is simpler. In English the basic structure of a sentence includes subject, verb, object, adverb of manner, adverb of place, and adverb of time. But the Chinese part of speech has no clear cut categorization of prepositions, adjectives or verbs. Grammatical expressions can be created and they can be easily mixed up
1.It will you what to do each day before and after a class by maintaining a preparation. Preparation is essential for learning Chinese quickly.
2.Read the textbooks or anything that you read in Chinese language loudly. You can learn to speak the language easily in this way.
3.Try to read Chinese newspapers and story books. Always on the lookout for topices which you are interested in.
4.Practice reading textbooks loudly in front of a mirror. It will make you more confident and can talk in front of others.
5.It is impossible for you to learn the Chinese language via learning only once a week. Learning Chinese little everyday is more effective.
The basic communication in Chinese language requires the development of speaking ability. A learner who is from a foreign country can not impove your speaking skill if you don’t develop the reading skill. You may not be able to understand all the meaning when you are reading the words. Increase your pace in reading gradually and skim for the main ideas. Usually a paragraph contains an important idea on the topic; try to pick it up while reading. It is better to read out loudly. This will help you to understand what you read better. Making reading as a habit is difficult but you can use your spare time to read and learn new words.
Lets take a look at some of the points as to why we would like to have Karen or David learn from home rather than at a public school. Lets start with some of the superficial reasons, first one being you do not have to get up at 6:00 am in the morning and get them dressed for school, pack the lunches, give them all your normal instructions and wait for them to get home hoping everything went well that day at school.
Moving on to some of the more important benefits of homeschooling your children. Things that could possibly happen at a public school that would affect your children are a thing of the past when you choose homeschooling. One of the most important reasons in my mind is the fact that you now have total control of the development of your children. You are the only one that will make the choices as to what you think your child needs to learn or do and will no longer be something that you do not have a lot of visibility to. Being able to decide the homeschool curriculum that best fits your childrens learning needs and/or the interests of the child is probably one of the best benefits of homeschooling.
Today there is approx 20 children to 1 teacher in the class, this is a very high ratio when you compare to homeschooling. So one of the other benefits of homeschooling is the one on one attention that your child will recieve. Ok, Karen needs more work in math, all you have to do is add more time to math and maybe less time in english or whatever you choose as there is not any set class times for teaching a subject like there is in most of your public schools. What this means is your child will be able to put more hours into a subject that they need more help with without being pressured. Of course the time requirement to learn any subject will totally depend on the individual child.
What happens next is a wonderful thing, the learning of your children now becomes kind of a total family activity where the family becomes involved in just about all steps of the learning curriculum. Another thing that you will really love about homeschooling your child is you get to take them on field trips where you will both learn and have a wonderful time, and you will be doing experiments with them, which can be very interesting, but all then this also equals you are spending much more “quality time” with you child and i believe that this also brings a family much closer.
Another one my biggest benefits of homeschooling is your children do not have to deal with any negative peer pressure that you find in most all our public schools today, and your child does not have to compete to prove the abilities that he/she has as the competition is very low when homeschooling and your childs confidence will remain high. Also because you understand your children more than anyone else you can plan the learning sessions to help keep your child interested and moving forward, one thing that i always like to do is mix the childs difficult schooling activities with something that your child enjoys. One of my most favorite things to do with my children every once in a while is afeter a couple of hours on one of the tougher subjects take them on a field trip to place that they could learn about with in the subjects they are studying and with this the child is having a lot of fun but is also learning.
When it comes to teaching all ages of children one of the very first thing a teacher needs to do is try to figure out the childs most comfortable learning style, as it differs from one child to the next, lets say Jane learns best by writing, and David learns best when he reads, and then still there is Tony who wants to see it action so he is a visual type learning style, everone has a style in which you learn faster. One of the geat benefits of homeschooling that we are hearing from a lot of home school moms and dads is you now have total control of what your child is being taught when it comes to things like morals and religous beliefs, there will no longer be that confusion that most children fight with when they see the things that they are being taught at home as far as things like i mentioned earlier, but by homeschooling you child now see’s both what is beaing taught and also what is being practiced in the childs enviroment.
in todays world the parents of school age children are becoming very dis-heartened with the public schools system. Some think that there children are not learning enough, or some that the child might be getting pushed way to hard. Other heavy issues that parents are worrying about are the ehtics and discipline that are being taught in public schools. There are many many reasons that parents are choosing to homeschool these days and i believe that homeschooling is the best way for a child in todays world to learn, but remember this requires a lot of your time, so dont start it unless your positive that you have the time so it will benefit your childs education.
An increasing trend in the education of children is in-home schooling, and as more people hear about homeschoolers and the unique approach to learning they have, many people are curious to learn more about homeschooling to help them determine if it might be an option that will be beneficial for their family as well.
Homeschoolers can be found in just about every corner of the United States, and across the globe as well, from small towns, inner cities, out in rural areas or the average, everyday suburbs. The composition of the families that choose homeschooling also runs the gamut. Even single-parent families are known to homeschool, as well as those who operate family businesses which gives them great flexibility. Still other families manage to combine work outside the home with home schooling activities.
And, it is reported that the numbers are on the rise of those who are deciding home schooling education is the best route for their family as they learn more about homeschooling and how it can counter many of the concerns that are common in public schools.
While it is generally acknowledged that Christian Fundamentalists have been considered the backbone of the homeschooling community, as the homeschooling movement has gained momentum an increasingly diverse group of people are becoming involved in homeschooling children. This has given rise to more widespread and divergent homeschool group support resources.
In addition to the many established publications and support groups for Christian homeschooling, there are now support groups, forums and newsletters that address the specific concerns and needs of Muslim, Jewish, Hispanic, and African-American homeschoolers, just to name a few.
There are no exact numbers, but researches have estimated that there are now well over a million homeschoolers in the United States alone. This is a significant increase from the 350,000 that was estimated in the early 90’s. However, there is no way to be sure about homeschooling statistics since some parents do not register when required, and many states do not have a requirement for homeschoolers to be registered at all. But, based on the numbers from states that track such statistics, it is evident that the numbers of homeschooled children has increased significantly over the past ten to fifteen years.
Many people wonder about homeschooling being legal in their state, or country. At this time, homeschool laws in the United States permit homeschooling children in all fifty states. Also, it is legal to have children participate in a home schooling program in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and France, and it is likely allowed in most other countries as well. You can check your state’s homeschool laws in any law library or courthouse in your area by checking for “Compulsory Education” or for “School Attendance,” and you will likely also be able to find online homeschooling information as well.
Look for a local homeschool group which will be able to provide you with more local information, requirements and resources to help be sure that you meet the state mandated requirements for your situation. Many of these homeschool groups provide informational packets, or have web pages, about homeschooling that include the basic information needed to start homeschooling your children.
